公司职员高岛雷太（真木藏人 饰）搬到一幢新的公寓，结识了和他名字一样的侦探风间雷太（中山一也 饰）。某晚，两个雷太喝酒聊天的时候，一名年轻女子找到风间，请求帮助。在遭到拒绝后，女子落寞地离开，最终遭到残忍杀害，肝脏被凶手无情摘除。 在此之后，类似杀害年轻女性、摘取内脏的残酷案件又接连发生两起，风间也成了重要嫌疑人之一。经过一番缜密调查，风间和高岛将目标集中在一个擅长创作残酷画作，人称“悲剧的鬼才”青山幽树（内田裕也 饰）的身上来。真相外面的迷雾被层层揭开……Raita, a Japanese businessman, just moved into an apartment building where his next-door neighbor is another guy named Raita. But as a private detective, what that other Raita does couldn't be more different from a humble businessman's way of life. One night, in the beginning of a bizarre series of murders, one of the private detective's clients is killed and has her liver removed.
