The whole family is moved to a safe house but Francesca nonetheless refuses to give information to DCI Jo Fontaine though Jo uses CCTV footage to watch Paul asks Francesca to take on a supposedly legitimate car-valeting service. One of Paul's runners,ageing career criminal Brendan,is also imprisoned,antagonizing daughter Aisling who wants him to give her away at her up-coming wedding. Harriet is on cloud nine though now she is dating padre Ian and is supportive of Gavin's wish to convert to Islam. Mother of three Kim is less enchanted when her husband Mick is arrested on sexual charges against Jaiden,a troublesome member of Mick's junior football team. She determines to prove his innocence.
