One rainy day waiting at the bus stop and armed with only an umbrella, Man-tso crosses paths with a pretty young girl Kai-szu stepping off the bus wet without rain-gear. His chivalry sparks a rapport and the opportunity to walk Kai-szu home, not once but daily like clockwork come rain or come shine. Impressed, Kai-szu agrees to a first date but not without notice of Man-tso's nosy brother \u0026 sister-in-law. Their budding courtship is short-lived after the brothers inadvertently derail their romance and the repelled Kai-szu leaves him due to a misunderstanding. Meanwhile she is diverted by the courtship from a son of a rich family. With his outlook changed, the gutted young Man-tso tries to shake the memory of Kai-szu while moving on with life not knowing that she still loves him.
