一个异想天开的故事，有一位名叫 Hank Dussard 的美国年轻人，他突然之间继承了一个橄榄农场，这个农场位于风景如诗如画的法国南部乡间，但是却已经荒废已久，Hank 下定决心要让这个农场重新运作起来，即使当地的 Sylvain 神父和一位女郎 Maria Riserau 都给他一些劝他三思的忠告，但是他还是一心要完成这计画。偏偏在这地方根本就雇不到适当的农场员工，没想到 Hank 突发奇想，最后居然雇了四只黑猩猩来！这四只顽皮的猩猩原本是太空总署用来进行太空实验的工具，智商非常高，他们三两下就可以把一大片农场的橄榄全都采集完成，Hank 实在太满意他们的表现了，但是他这怪异的行事方式却引起小镇上一阵骚乱，Hank 采取这样的经营方式到底能不能让这农场起死回生呢？Henry Dussard, a young American, inherits a picturesque but badly neglected olive farm in southern France and is determined to make it operational again despite cautionary advice from the local priest and a pretty villager. Desperate for laborers, the inventive Dussard turns to the zaniest crew of olive pickers ever recruited - four mischievous monkeys! As former members of an Air Force space team, these intelligent chimps quickly pick up on their new responsibilities - but prove to have a turbulent effect on the local townspeople.
