安德雷亚斯（科斯蒂亚·乌尔曼 Kostja Ullmann 饰）是一个整天游手好闲无所事事的男人，无意之中搭上了在就业办工作的林德女士，两个人里应外合，如此一来，安德雷亚斯便可以领到价值不菲的失业补助金，生活快乐无边。一次内部审查中，两人的骗局漏了陷，眼看这就要因此失去工作，林德想到了一个馊主意。 林德声称安德雷亚斯患上了疲倦正，因此而无法工作。为了证明自己生病了，安德雷亚斯必须进入康复中心接受心理治疗。和安德雷亚斯一起接受治疗的，都是些真金白银的精神病患者，可是，在和他们的相处过程中，安德雷亚斯渐渐颠覆了内心里对于精神病患者的歧视和偏见，并且希望能够真正的帮助到他们。Fussel is a 40something Punk who never worked in his life. Depending on the social welfare system, he is forced to play a Burnout in a clinic, to receive welfare. He befriends some of the other inmates and try to help them. He has a daughter, who lives with her grandma, because her mother is dead. He tries to become a better father, but the grandma didnt trust him. At the end he must face his rotten life to become a good man.
