Meanwhile, power businessman Ryutaro is so inspired by his encounter with a homeless man that he too decides to begin a new life on the sidewalks. As a typhoon descends upon Tokyo, unrelated lives begin to cross over and a strange twist of fate befalls these quirky souls.
